Storage: store in cool and dry place, away from humidity

Instructions: wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. Pour 2-3litres of water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4hours.
