These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ozmen website and the Ozmen mobile app. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not order with us through the website or mobile app. However, these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory right to shop with us.
1.2. Our website and mobile app are intended for residents in Sheffield and nearby locations with restrictions.
2.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to check them regularly for changes. If you do not agree to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use the website or mobile app. If you continue to use the website and mobile app after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the website and mobile app is your agreement to the new Terms and Conditions.
2.2. We must be notified of any desired changes to orders placed, on the website or app, before 11am on the day of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via 0114 470 0000 from 10am-6pm, Monday – Friday, or via email at [email protected] with any changes or queries regarding making amendments to your order.
3.1. You must be over eighteen years of age to register on the site.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration are correct and complete at the time of writing. You must inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct.
3.2. Ozmen reserves the right to cancel or suspend any registration with immediate effect if you breach any of your obligations under these terms below.
4. Your Personal Data
At Ozmen, we truly value our relationship between costumers and the trust you place in us, so we take your Privacy and Personal Information very seriously. We will only need your personal information (such as Name, address, email etc..) to make our products and delivery service available for you, and we will never ask you for any bank details directly. However, if a problem arises, we may contact you by the details provided to discuss this (via email or phone).
4.2. Password and Security
When you register to use the website and mobile app you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders which are submitted using your username and password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should notify us immediately by contacting Ozmen customer services (see below for contact details).
4.3. If Ozmen Ltd has reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the website or mobile app, we may send you one or more formal warnings, requiring you to change your password or we may suspend your account. If your misuse or breach of contract continues, we may take further action such as bringing court proceedings.
4.4. It is your responsibility to keep your username, password, and any other relevant personal details safe and confidential.
5. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
5.1. You have the right to cancel your order upon the day of delivery with a cancellation fee of £1.50 per order. All orders may only be cancelled or amended via telephone or email to our customer service team between 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday. Any email received after 6pm will be responded to on the following working day.
5.2. Every product listed on our website and mobile app are subject to stock availability, we cannot guarantee that every product will be available when we are preparing your order. When a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to withdraw the product from your order without warning. In situations, where you have placed an order, but a product is out of stock, we will refund the product(s) at the price of your purchase. If the resulting bill is still above our minimum spend of £30, your order will be delivered as scheduled. However, if your resulting bill is below £30, we will contact you for a product replacement or you have the right to cancel the order and we will process a full refund.
5.3. We cannot accept any return and refunds due to a change of mind, as you signed the agreement receipt after checking at doorstep. However, we can do a full refund or exchange with products which are damaged or faulty within 24 hours after delivery.
5.4. Perishable items, such as: fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, refrigerated and frozen items will not be refunded unless the product itself is damaged or faulty. If this is the case, please report to us within 24 hours at: 0114 470 0000 or [email protected].
5.5. It will take up to 7-10 working days from when you contacted us to receive your refund.
6.1. We may offer discounts or offers from time to time at our discretion, such as ‘Buy One, Get One Free,’ bundle deals or meal deals. All discounts and offers are subject to stock availability when we prepare your order for delivery. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the offer and discount without any notice due to stock availability.
6.2. All discounts and offers are often generated in a code format for you to apply at the checkout point, only one code is permitted per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Each promotional code has an expiry date, after which they will no longer be available without any notice after they are expired.
6.3. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash or changed to other forms.
7.1. Within the Sheffield area, we aim to deliver your order on the next day at your chosen time slot if you place your order before 6pm. Orders after 6pm will not be accepted, this also applies to deliveries elsewhere.
7.2. To qualify for a delivery, you must have met the minimum spend of £30 with £2 delivery charge for addresses within three miles; 50p extra will be added for every additional mile. The delivery charge is applied to every order and will be displayed on the summary page before confirmation at checkout. For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge for address within three miles, and 50p extra for every one mile away. This will be automatically calculated on the summary page before checkout.
7.3. It is your obligation to ensure that someone is available during your agreed time of delivery. If no one is available when we attempt to deliver, we will try to contact you by telephone with the details provided. If we cannot do so, your order will be returned to the store, and you will be notified. You may then cancel your order with a cancellation fee of £1.50 per order or, alternatively, we can reserve the order for you to collect in store.
7.4. It is your responsibility to check all products upon receiving them. If there any products you do not like or no longer require, simply return the product to the driver and we will issue a refund for each item via the payment method you used to place the order. You are required to provide a signature to prove you are happy with what you have received and, following this, you cannot return or refund any products unless the product itself is faulty or damaged. We cannot accept any product return due to change of mind.
7.5. If the delivery is missing items or contains any items you have not ordered, you must notify the driver or our customer service team immediately.
8. Pricing and Payments
8.1. All prices shown are VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise. The price of our products and delivery will always be the same on the website and the mobile app at the time of use.
8.2. We have a vast quantity of products online, and there are possibilities where a product may have been mis-described or incorrectly priced despite our best efforts. If a product is incorrectly priced, we will charge the lower stated price in this instance.
8.3. All special offer discounts, such as Buy One, Get One Free, and Multi-Value offers will be automatically deducted at the checkout.
8.4. You must have entered the correct payment details on the checkout page. If invalid details have been entered, your order will not be accepted. If the payment is not successful, one of our Customer Service Team will contact you to assist with re-attempting payment.
8.5. All payments that have been made will be taken on the same day as you place your order to facilitate a quick delivery. Payments must be made by chargeable cards, such as credit card, visa debit card, or any using valid promotional codes.
9. Ozmen's liability
The content on the Ozmen website and Ozmen mobile app is provided for general information purposes only. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the website and mobile app, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, that the content on the website and mobile app is accurate, complete, or up to date, whether express or implied. You must seek for and obtain professional advice before taking any action based on the content on the website and/or mobile app.
10. Product recall
10.1. Your safety is our foremost priority, and in rare circumstances a product will be recalled either by us or by our suppliers. Please check our Product Recall page regularly for the latest product recalls, as we cannot inform individuals on one-by-one basis.
