Delivery Alternatives

When an item is unavailable we may include an alternative
In this event we will attempt to find an item as close to the original as possible
We will always choose an item of lower value, to avoid you paying more, and refund the difference
You are under no obligation to accept the alternative provided

Failed Deliveries

We will attempt a re-delivery after the first attempt; however, if this is again unsuccessful, we will remove the Bagging Fee and Delivery Fee from your refund total

This is to cover our costs and expenses trying to deliver your items

We will only remove these fees from your refund if we have repeatedly tried to contact you and attempted re-delivery
